New Book Chapter Published
The book chapter “Carbon-Based Field-Effect Transistors” written by Dr. Zhenxing Wand, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Max Lemme and Prof. Dr. Daniel Neumaier has finally been published in the "Springer Handbook of Semiconductor Devices”. The chapter contains a detailed overview on graphene and CNT based transistors and integrated circuits, which is suitable for getting an introduction into this field.
